Load up to thirteen 18" x 26" trays or sheet/bun pans onto molded-in rails, then roll from prep to service without rehandling. Its non-insulated design is ideal for short-term holding in kitchens, banquet corridors, school cafeterias, and commissary lines where speed and mobility matter.
Four 5" casters and molded-in handles help staff maneuver tight turns, while a full-perimeter bumper safeguards walls and equipment during transport. Built from seamless polyethylene and NSF Listed, it withstands daily use and wipes down quickly to keep operations on schedule.
