The Cambro 1826LTCSP157 Camcart® streamlines secure meal transport for trays and sheet pans in correctional, healthcare, and high-security operations. This non-insulated, single-compartment cart features a removable cutting board on top to expand prep and portioning space right where you stage. Finished in Coffee Beige, it delivers reliable workflow from kitchen to service with a compact footprint.
Molded-in support rails hold 18" x 26" trays and sheet pans firmly in place, while a seamless polyethylene body resists impacts, rust, and chemicals. A full-perimeter bumper protects walls and equipment, and ergonomic molded handles with 5" casters enable smooth, controlled movement through tight corridors. The security package adds tamper-resistant hardware, including a lockable hasp, welded metal latches, and non-removable stainless steel hinges to deter unauthorized access.
