Engineered to streamline tray service, the Cambro MDC1418S20191 meal delivery cart moves 20 trays with efficiency and control. Its low-profile 48-1/2" x 32-1/2" footprint navigates corridors and elevators easily, while molded handles on both ends give staff confident maneuverability. Double compartments with a single stack rail system keep meals organized and accessible during peak rounds.
Thick foam polyurethane insulation helps maintain food temperatures between stops, and non-insulated self-venting doors release excess steam to support food quality. A self-draining bottom accelerates cleanup and helps manage spills during transport. The cart’s 5-1/2" clearance between rails accommodates domed lids and varied plating.
Four slightly off-set 5" non-marking casters—two swivel with brakes and two rigid—glide smoothly for controlled starts, stops, and turns. Nylon friction latches keep doors closed in transit, while molded bottom bumpers help protect walls and equipment. Built from durable polyethylene in granite gray, this NSF listed unit arrives ready to work with no assembly required.
