This electric, dual-compartment cart features a top cold compartment and a bottom heated compartment to streamline routes between prep areas, tray lines, and service points while protecting product quality in transit.
Front-loading access and 14 pairs of adjustable stainless steel universal rails let you mix sheet pans, GN 1/1 pans, trays, or pizza boxes to match your menu. Two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors with rugged 4" nylon latches speed up loading while helping maintain temperatures, and the solar digital thermometer provides at-a-glance checks. A convenient menu pocket keeps routing slips or ID tags visible.
Built for daily use, the polyethylene exterior, molded-in handles, and perimeter bumper stand up to busy corridors. Heavy-duty 6" x 2" casters roll smoothly to events, satellite stations, or banquet rooms, and the 9' cord with plug offers
