Configure the cabinet to your production needs with GN 1/1 capacity for up to 24 pans at 2.5" deep, 16 at 4", 12 at 6", or 8 at 8". A durable double-wall poly shell stands up to daily bumps and scrapes, while the vent cap allows operators to balance moisture and pressure during holding.
Built for busy routes and tight corridors, the carrier moves smoothly on heavy-duty casters—two fixed and two swivel with brakes—for confident staging and parking. Molded-in handles and a nylon latch support secure, ergonomic operation in catering, institutions, and large-volume foodservice. Powered by a standard 110V connection with a NEMA 5-15P plug, it integrates easily into existing workflows.
