Streamline high-volume pan and tray handling with the Cambro UPR1826FPA40580 Camshelving Ultimate sheet pan rack. Built from corrosion-proof composite plastic in brushed graphite, it cleans quickly and stands up to busy back-of-house demands. 1-1/2" rail spacing with molded positioning ribs promotes airflow and keeps items secure in transit.
Maximize throughput by staging bakes, cooling batches, or plating banquet lines. This full-size unit holds up to 40 full-size Camtray (1826) or 80 half-size Camtray (1318), with a 55 lb per shelf and 350 lb per rack rating. Four 5" total-locking, non-marking thermoplastic rubber swivel casters glide smoothly, then lock firmly where you need them.
