Its brushed graphite composite construction resists corrosion and wipes clean quickly to keep your operation moving.
Maximize throughput with capacity for 20 full-size or 40 half-size pans, supported by 1-1/2 inch rail spacing that encourages airflow and even cooling. Molded positioning ribs help keep pans aligned during transit, protecting product integrity from the walk-in to the prep line. Rated for -36°F to 190°F, it transitions confidently between cold holding and heated environments.
Built for daily demands, the rack supports 55 lb per shelf and 175 lb overall. Four 5-inch total-locking, non-marking swivel casters deliver quiet, controlled mobility and station the rack securely wherever work happens.
