Streamline cold service with the Cambro Versa VBR5110, a mobile cold food serving counter designed for fast, flexible self-serve lines. Built from durable double-wall polyethylene, it resists dents and scratches while maintaining a professional presentation for salad bars, deli assortments, or breakfast stations.
Roll it into place for cafeteria rushes, catering events, or corporate dining and keep foods chilled using optional Camchillers® or ColdFest® components. The unit holds four full-size pans and accommodates a variety of pan sizes up to 6 inches deep, letting you tailor layouts to changing menus.
Operators will appreciate molded-in handles for control, swivel casters with brakes for secure positioning, and a threaded faucet drain for quick cleanup. This cold food serving counter includes sneeze guards and is NSF listed to support safe, efficient service.
