A bottom-mounted forced air heating system circulates heat across pans for consistent results, while simple mechanical controls and a digital thermometer make operation straightforward for busy teams.
Load up to (5) 18" x 26" pans or (10) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans on fixed wire universal slides with 3-inch spacing to organize batches and speed service. A single-pane glass door set in an extruded aluminum frame lets staff check status at a glance without disrupting your workflow.
Built with non-insulated aluminum construction and rolling on 5" casters, this heated holding cabinet maneuvers easily between stations and locks securely when it’s time to work.
