Built for everyday foodservice workflow, this heated mobile cabinet holds (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans on 3" fixed wire universal slides. A single-pane glass door in an extruded aluminum frame provides product visibility so staff can check status at a glance without disrupting the line.
