A thermostatically controlled heat unit with a blower system circulates hot air for quick heat-up and even temperatures from top to bottom. Preheat to 160°F in about 25 minutes and maintain up to 200°F to protect food quality during longer holding windows. Canned fuel drawers offer additional flexibility when power access is limited.
