The Carter-Hoffmann BB120E economy mobile heated banquet cabinet streamlines high-volume plated meal service for banquet halls, hotels, and caterers. Holding up to 144 covered plates (up to 10.5 inches in diameter), its insulated, single-door stainless steel design preserves temperature and presentation from kitchen to venue.
A thermostatically controlled, bottom-mounted heat unit delivers even distribution, preheating to 160°F in about 20 minutes and maintaining up to 200°F for extended holding. Stage courses in advance, time service precisely, and move entire meal sets without reheating steps or quality loss.
Designed for busy operations, the BB120E rolls easily on 5-inch casters with sturdy push handles and corner bumpers. Three removable nickel-plated wire shelves provide flexible staging, and the removable heating unit simplifies cleaning and maintenance—ideal for hotels, convention centers, and large catering commissaries.
