The Carter-Hoffmann BB64 heated banquet cabinet streamlines hot meal service for banquets, hotels, and catering operations. This Classic Carter mobile, insulated, single-door cabinet holds up to 80 covered plates up to 10.5" in diameter, keeping pre-plated dishes organized and presentation-ready. Operators can stage courses in advance and move them to service points with confidence.
A thermostatically controlled, bottom-mounted heat unit helps maintain serving temperatures while the insulated stainless steel cabinet preserves heat between locations. Without plate carriers, staff can load pre-plated meals directly, simplifying workflow and minimizing handling.
Built for busy service, the BB64 travels smoothly on 6" casters to reduce turnaround time between kitchen, prep, and event spaces. Durable stainless steel construction supports daily use, and cUL and UL EPH listings support code compliance across foodservice environments.
