The Carter-Hoffmann BR1000 EnduraHeat mobile heated banquet cabinet keeps pre-plated meals at serving temperature while moving smoothly between kitchen and ballroom. With capacity for 120 covered plates or 96 larger plates, it streamlines high-volume banquets in hotels, convention centers, and catering operations.
The EnduraHeat retention system maintains food-safe temperatures for up to 2 hours after unplugging, giving teams freedom during staging and service. A quick-charge cycle reaches full charge in about 60 minutes, and the blower-driven convection heat promotes even cabinet temperature. Preheat to 160°F in 30 minutes to stay on pace with plating.
Built for daily service, the all-welded stainless steel cabinet with thick fiberglass insulation stands up to repeated transport and quick cleanup. Heavy-duty push handles, roller latches, wrap-around bumpers, and 6" casters support safe, quiet mobility through tight corridors. A three-way toggle selects Convection
