This full-height model uses a bottom-mounted forced air heating system to stabilize cabinet conditions during service and staging. Simple mechanical controls paired with a digital thermometer make setting and monitoring temps straightforward for busy crews.
Load up to (18) 18" x 26" pans or (36) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans on 3" fixed wire universal slides to match banquets, catering runs, or tray-line operations. A solid single pane glass door in an extruded aluminum frame promotes quick checks without opening the door. Operators can organize courses or menu families for smooth pass execution and efficient holding.
