The Carter-Hoffmann HL2-5 hotLOGIX undercounter humidified holding cabinet/heater proofer helps chefs and operators stage product, smooth service peaks, and protect food quality in tight spaces. Sized for five full-size sheet pans or ten steam table pans, it supports batch cooking, plating lines, and bakery proofing without consuming valuable floor space.
Dial in mechanical controls for heat and humidity, while forced-air heat and a water reservoir circulate warmth and moisture for even results. A solid single-pane glass door in an extruded aluminum frame lets staff check status at a glance to minimize door openings and maintain consistency.
Fixed wire universal slides handle common pan formats for flexible menus. Non-insulated aluminum construction keeps the unit lightweight, and 5" casters roll easily between prep, cook, and service areas. ETL and ETL Sanitation listings support compliance across commercial foodservice environments.
