The Carter-Hoffmann HL3-8 hotLOGIX holding cabinet streamlines service by maintaining consistent, circulated heat for prepared foods. Designed for busy banquet lines, off-site catering, and high-volume kitchens, its bottom-mounted forced-air system helps deliver even holding performance. Operators can quickly set temperatures with mechanical controls and verify conditions at a glance via the digital thermometer.
This half-height, mobile heated holding solution maximizes capacity without overwhelming floor space. Fixed wire universal slides at 3-inch spacing accommodate either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it easy to stage batches, separate menu items, or organize by course. A solid single-pane glass door in an extruded aluminum frame lets staff monitor contents without disrupting workflow.
