This 3/4-height, humidified heater proofer uses forced-air heat with a water reservoir to maintain temperature and moisture across the cabinet. A solid single pane glass door framed in extruded aluminum lets staff verify product status without opening the unit.
Outfit prep lines, banquet staging areas, or bakery proofing zones with capacity for up to 14 full-size sheet pans or 28 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" hotel pans. Fixed wire universal slides accept both sizes, helping teams shift between menu formats and batch sizes without reconfiguring.
