The Carter-Hoffmann HL5-14 hotLOGIX holding cabinet streamlines hot food service for busy operations. Its forced air heating system circulates heat throughout the cavity to help maintain consistent serving temperatures during peak periods. Mechanical controls offer straightforward, reliable operation for daily use.
This 3/4 height heated mobile cabinet handles (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (28) 12" x 20" full-size or Gastronorm pans, giving you flexible holding across menus and dayparts. Universal pan slides simplify changeovers from entrées to sides or baked items without reconfiguring equipment.
Built with insulated aluminum construction, the HL5-14 retains heat while staying light enough to maneuver as service needs shift. Smooth-rolling 5" casters support transport from the kitchen to serving areas, banquets, or catered events, helping maintain workflow and presentation.
