The Carter-Hoffmann HL7-14 from the hotLOGIX HL7 Series is a dependable heated holding cabinet engineered to streamline service and preserve food quality. Built for flexible workflows, the HL7-14 accepts (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (28) 12" x 20" full-size pans, as well as Gastronorm pans on universal slides. Stage batches for banquets, back up the cookline during peak periods, or hold trays for room service without juggling multiple pieces of equipment. The 3/4 height configuration supports high-capacity holding while conserving vertical space.
