The Carter-Hoffmann HL8-12 hotLOGIX full-height heated mobile cabinet keeps menu items hot and service-ready while streamlining back-of-house flow. Dual compartments with dual electronic controls let you hold different foods under separate settings to match service demand across stations and dayparts.
Universal pan slides accommodate (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (24) 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, giving kitchens flexibility for entrees, sides, and plated components. A forced air heating system and insulated stainless steel construction support dependable hot holding from prep to pass, banquets to catering runs.
