The Carter-Hoffmann HL8-14 hotLOGIX is a 3/4-height heated mobile cabinet engineered to keep plated meals, sheet pans, and hotel pans ready for service. A forced air heating system works with digital controls to maintain consistent holding conditions during demanding rushes. Deploy it on the cookline, at the expo station, or in banquet staging to tighten workflow and timing.
Universal pan slides accept (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (28) 12" x 20" full size pans, including Gastronorm. Insulated stainless steel construction supports heat retention and durability, while 5" swivel casters—two with brakes—make repositioning fast and secure. Ideal for restaurants, catering, and institutional kitchens that need reliable hot holding with flexible capacity.
