The Carter-Hoffmann AL24 aluminum tray rack streamlines room-service meal transport for healthcare and institutional foodservice teams. Built from high‑tensile, all‑welded extruded aluminum with horizontal stabilizing bars, it delivers dependable strength without unnecessary weight.
Holding up to 24 trays, the AL24 accommodates 14" x 18", 15" x 20", and 16" x 22" room service trays. Universal welded angle slides position two trays per slide pair for compact, organized staging and fast loading or retrieval during peak service.
Four 5" all‑swivel casters, including two with locks, roll smoothly through corridors and lock securely for safe plating or holding. From central kitchen to patient floors, this tray delivery cart supports efficient meal rounds and orderly workflow in hospitals, senior care, and other high‑volume operations.
