The Carter-Hoffmann BSR90 mobile 5-shelf induction base drying rack streamlines drying and storage for high-volume meal delivery programs in healthcare, senior living, and institutional kitchens. With capacity for up to 90 induction bases, it keeps wares organized and ready for service. The compact footprint supports efficient staging without crowding prep areas.
A fully welded stainless steel frame and open wire layout encourage airflow for faster drying and easy wipe-downs. Operators can access items from all sides to load, sort, and stage bases quickly between trayline rounds. The removable wire caddy supports sanitary handling and flexible configuration.
Smooth-rolling 5" Performa swivel casters—two with brakes—make it simple to maneuver and then lock securely at the trayline. Reinforced bottom supports and added welds provide stability for repeated daily use in busy back-of-house workflows.
