Configure holding by item with four individually heated shelves and digital controls to preserve texture and presentation. Individual shelf timers support consistent quality checks during rush periods. Built-in removable food covers help protect product and manage moisture between turns.
End-loaded access accepts common pan sizes to optimize space at the pass. Hold either four 12" x 20" pans or eight 6" x 20" pans to match menu mix across dayparts. 3" swivel casters with brakes let you position the cabinet where you need it and lock it for stable service.
