The Carter-Hoffmann DF2620-5 is a doorless, pass-through heated holding cabinet built to keep menu items presentation-ready and service-fast. This 1/2 size, side-loaded design features five individually heated shelves managed by digital controls with individual shelf timers. It holds either (10) 12" x 20" pans or (5) 18" x 26" pans to support diverse production needs across stations.
