Product Description
The Carter-Hoffmann DMR50 is a mobile, 5-shelf dome drying rack engineered to speed up dishroom workflow in hospitals, senior living, and institutional kitchens. With capacity for up to 50 domes or 100 underliners, it consolidates drying and storage to keep trayline operations moving.
Its fully welded stainless steel construction withstands heavy rotation while cleaning up quickly after service. An open-frame design enhances airflow to accelerate drying, and the removable wire caddy streamlines sanitizing and transport to the dishmachine.
Roll the rack where it’s needed on 5-inch Performa swivel casters, then lock it in place for safe loading and unloading. Use it to stage clean domes for plating, turn over underliners between meal periods, and reduce bottlenecks during peak service.
