The Carter-Hoffmann E8639H is a heated mobile cabinet built to streamline high-volume holding and transport for banquets, catering routes, and institutional service. It accommodates up to 34 full-size 18" x 26" trays on 1-1/2" centers to stage large batches and keep service moving. Aluminum construction supports daily use while helping manage weight for frequent moves.
