Keep every course at the ideal serving temperature with a 40" W plate warmer designed for busy kitchens and continuous service. The adjustable 120°F to 185°F range delivers consistent heat to protect food quality at plating, and accepts plates up to 12-3/4" diameter for reliable presentation throughout service. With a (193) lb. capacity and wall or shelf mounted installation, it supports high-volume workflows while conserving line space, so you can position heat exactly where you need it.
A stainless steel cabinet with a blue powder coated aluminum flip-up door speeds access during service and stands up to constant use. An integrated menu card holder keeps items clearly identified, and removable, washable grease filters simplify cleaning and help maintain performance. It is cULus and NSF.
