The Carter-Hoffmann IT3024M is a mobile stainless steel induction table engineered to streamline setup and service in commercial kitchens, catering operations, and healthcare foodservice. Its all-welded stainless construction provides a stable platform for countertop induction equipment. A marine-edge top helps contain spills and protect surrounding floors.
Maneuver easily on four 5” all-swivel casters, then secure the station with two brakes for safe, steady plating or service. The 18-gauge stainless steel tubular frame withstands demanding, daily use. An integrated under-shelf keeps smallwares and ingredients organized within reach.
