The Carter-Hoffmann M343P-2T pass-through modular holding cabinet keeps cooked items hot, organized, and immediately accessible on both sides of the line. Use it to stage proteins, sides, and garnishes so cooks and servers can move faster during peak periods.
Each position features individually controlled top and bottom heat, giving you the flexibility to hold crisp or moist foods at their best. Electronic temperature control with a USB port lets you upload or download menu settings for consistent results across shifts and locations. Designed for (12) 12" x 6" pans with 2-1/2" pan depth, it includes individual pan covers to help protect product quality between pulls.
