Product Description
This aluminum pan rack measures 28-5/8"W, 18-5/8"D x 55"H and pairs open sides with a side loading configuration to keep trays accessible and operations moving. Fixed angle slides with 5-1/16" spacing hold nine 18" x 26" trays across the rack, supporting orderly staging and retrieval without disrupting workflow. Open sides make it simple to view contents and load or unload from the side without obstruction during service.
Side loading accelerates pan changes, while the fixed angle slides maintain consistent placement as trays move in and out of the rack. Aluminum construction rides on 5" casters for mobility, so the rack can be positioned where access is most efficient throughout service. Slide spacing separates trays at set intervals for organized handling.
