Designed to optimize back-of-house flow, this pan rack measures 20-5/8"W, 26-1/4"D x 57-3/16"H with open sides and fixed angle slides. It holds sixteen 18" x 26" trays on 3" centers, organizing product in a clean, consistent layout from prep to plating.
