This pan rack supports back-of-house efficiency with a side-loading layout and open sides that keep every level accessible. Fixed angle slides are set at 3″ spacing to keep trays evenly organized, making loading and retrieval consistent from top to bottom. Side entry allows trays to be placed and retrieved without interference from adjacent levels.
Constructed of aluminum and riding on 5″ casters, this rack is simple to position wherever it’s needed. Measuring 28-5/8″W x 18-5/8″D x 64-3/16″H, it accommodates eighteen 18″ x 26″ trays to maximize capacity without overwhelming your space.
