The Carter-Hoffmann OTD1826 open sheet pan dispenser streamlines high-volume staging and service for bakeries, commercial kitchens, and institutional dining. Its stainless steel construction withstands daily use while the open design grants fast, unobstructed access to pans. Position it wherever you plate, proof, or load to keep workflows moving.
Built to handle up to (50) 18" x 26" sheet pans, the self-leveling platform keeps the top pan at an ergonomic height as inventory changes. A field-adjustable spring system with 2.5 oz/in increments lets you fine-tune tension for different pan loads, ensuring smooth, controlled dispensing. Use it on prep lines, bakery benches, or service corridors to reduce reaching and restacking.
