This combination heated base/plate heater incorporates a two-silo configuration to handle bases and plates side by side. Each silo provides separate controls and thermostats, enabling independent heat adjustment to match product requirements. With capacity for (60) bases or (75) plates, it keeps ample serviceware warmed and organized for fast-paced operations.
Power is 208v/60/1-ph at 15.4 amps, and a cord with a NEMA 6-20P plug provides a straightforward electrical connection. The unit is cULus listed and UL EPH Classified to align with recognized safety and sanitation standards. Field adjustable springs support on-site adjustments, giving chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers precise control over day-to-day workflow and presentation.
