The Carter-Hoffmann PH1200 is a heated mobile cabinet engineered to keep prepared foods hot and service-ready while streamlining back-of-house workflow. A removable, bottom-mounted forced-air heating system circulates heat evenly, supporting consistent results from the first pan to the last. Insulated, stainless steel construction helps maintain temperatures during staging and transport.
Removable slides hold up to (16) 12"x20" pans on 2-3/4" centers, letting chefs load densely for banquets, tray lines, or batch cooking.
