The Carter-Hoffmann PH125 is a heated mobile cabinet built to streamline hot holding and transport across busy kitchens and service areas. Its top-mounted forced-air heating system circulates air where it’s needed, helping crews keep menu items at serving-ready conditions during rush periods and catered events. Stainless steel construction and insulation support dependable performance shift after shift.
Removable slides accommodate up to five 12" x 20" pans, with 2-3/4" spacing that promotes airflow and efficient loading. Stage sides on the line, batch hold entrées for banquets, or shuttle trays to remote stations with minimal downtime.
