The Carter-Hoffmann PH1420 heated cabinet streamlines bulk meal transport and staging for healthcare, correctional, and institutional kitchens. It holds up to (60) 10" x 14" compartment trays or (30) 14" x 18"/15" x 20" trays to keep service moving during peak delivery windows.
An insulated design with a bottom-mounted heater assembly helps maintain serving temperatures while you circulate meals. Stainless steel construction, two doors, and 3" centers organize trays neatly for faster loading and accurate tray sequencing.
Built for mobile service, the meal delivery cart rolls on 8" casters—two swivel and two rigid—for controlled maneuvering, while a wrap-around bumper helps protect walls and equipment.
