The Carter-Hoffmann PH1835 heated mobile cabinet streamlines hot food holding for busy kitchens and high-volume service. A top-mounted forced-air heat system moves warm air through the cavity to keep pans at serving-ready conditions during staging and transport. Insulated, stainless steel construction supports dependable performance shift after shift.
Universal slides maximize flexibility on the line or in banquets, accommodating either (24) 12"x20" pans or (12) 18"x26" sheet pans. Standard 3-1/2" spacing and 1-3/4" adjustable increments let operators tailor clearance for covered entrées, bulk sides, or sheeted items. Use it to batch-hold menu items, back up the expo window, or stage catered orders for efficient dispatch.
Built for mobility, the PH1835 includes 6" swivel casters and a wrap-around bumper to protect equipment and walls as you move through corridors and docks. This combination helps chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers maintain work
