The Carter-Hoffmann PH188 heated mobile cabinet streamlines secure hot holding and transport for correctional and high-volume kitchens. Its top-mounted forced-air heat system circulates air uniformly to maintain serving-ready food quality while you move between prep, holding, and service areas.
Universal slides accommodate either twelve 12" x 20" pans or six 18" x 26" pans, giving you flexibility across bulk entrees, sides, and trays. Standard 3.5" spacing and slides adjustable in 1.75" increments let you reconfigure quickly as menus shift.
Built on insulated stainless steel construction with HD correctional features, the PH188 is engineered for durability and control in demanding environments. A flush door, wrap-around bumper, and 5" swivel casters protect the cabinet and facility surfaces while enabling smooth maneuvering through tight corridors and elevators.
