The Carter-Hoffmann RTB202M is a heated roll-in cabinet engineered for use with Eloma, Blodgett, and Houno roll-in racks. Maintain hot, ready-to-serve product between the oven and the line to streamline banquets, catering, and high-volume meal service. Its design supports efficient staging so teams can plate, transport, and serve on schedule.
Harness convection heat with solid state electronic control to hold foods evenly and confidently. A 2-inch layer of high-density insulation helps lock in heat, while reversible doors give you flexibility to orient the cabinet to your kitchen layout. Durable stainless steel construction stands up to daily commercial use and simplifies cleanup.
Speed up maintenance with a lift-off heater that removes for service when needed. 5-inch casters (two-rigid/swivel) aid positioning during setup or cleaning. Rack not included; available from Eloma, Blodgett, or Houno.
