This starter station features all stainless steel tubular construction for cantilever or straddle use, providing an adaptable platform for tray assembly and daily service. A set of 14 plastic storage bins with dividers organizes tray top components so staff can stage items quickly and consistently across shifts. The divided bins support clear separation of items and streamlined pulls during service for consistent setups.
Mobility comes from 5" all swivel casters, with two equipped with brakes for secure positioning during staging. Operators can reposition the station as needs change, then lock it in place for steady access to tray top components near points of use. Designed to support efficiency and presentation, this configuration helps chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers maintain flow from prep to service.
