The Carter-Hoffmann VCNH212S-2T vertical crisp-n-hold is a heated countertop cabinet built to maintain the texture and temperature of fried/crispy and moist menu items. Heated/circulated air keeps product appetizing between the fryer and the pass, helping busy lines stage and serve consistently.
Optimize workflow with flexible pan configurations that fit rushes and dayparts. Use six 1/3-size x 2.5" high-temp amber pans or two 13" x 18" half-size sheet pans (pans not included), then swap and clean quickly with removable pan covers.
Dial in precise holding using the electronic temperature and time control with an alphanumeric display, and upload programs via the integrated USB port. With heat capability up to 225°F (108°C), the VCNH212S-2T supports crisp, ready-to-plate results for QSRs, concessions, and catering operations.
