A heated, circulated air system preserves texture and presentation during rush periods to minimize re-fires and waste. Ideal for quick-service lines, cafeterias, and catering operations that batch-fry and stage orders.
Designed for throughput, the VCNH3W3S accommodates nine 1/2 size long x 4" high-temp amber pans, giving crews room to separate menu items and stay organized. Electronic temperature and time control lets operators dial in set points up to 225°F (108°C) for consistent holding. Rugged stainless steel construction stands up to daily use.
