The Carter-Hoffmann PH181 heated mobile cabinet helps busy kitchens keep prepared foods organized and at the ready from cookline to service. A bottom-mount forced-air system circulates heat evenly, while an insulated, stainless steel cabinet supports consistent holding conditions. Put it to work staging entrées and sides for banquets, supporting tray service, or powering high-volume catering runs.
Universal slides hold either (12) 12" x 20" pans or (6) 18" x 26" pans at 3-1/2" spacing, giving you flexibility for menus and portions. Slides adjust in 1-3/4" increments to accommodate changing pan depths and workflows.
Built for transport, the wrap-around bumper protects walls and equipment as the cabinet moves through corridors and tight prep spaces. Smooth-rolling 5" swivel casters make maneuvering easy, improving throughput between the kitchen, holding areas, and service points.
