The Carter-Hoffmann PH1810 heated mobile cabinet streamlines high-volume holding and transport for busy kitchens and facilities. A bottom-mount forced-air heat system delivers active airflow that helps maintain food quality from prep to service. Insulated stainless steel construction supports demanding daily use in back-of-house, banquets, and offsite service.
Universal slides accommodate either (24) 12"x20" pans or (12) 18"x26" pans at 3.5" spacing, so you can stage entrees, sides, or bulk trays on one platform. Slides adjust in 1.75" increments to fit changing menus, portion sizes, and plating strategies throughout the day.
Built for mobility and protection, the PH1810 features a wrap-around bumper and 5" swivel casters that navigate tight aisles and loading zones. Operators can load, hold, and move product efficiently, keeping service on schedule and presentation consistent.
