Streamline cold storage with the Traulsen Centerline CLBM-23F-FS-R reach-in freezer. Its one-section, 19.89 cu. ft. interior organizes proteins, produce, and batch-prepped items so cooks can grab what they need fast. A self-contained, bottom-mount refrigeration system supports efficient placement and service in busy back-of-house environments.
Electronic control with LED display lets staff check settings at a glance and make quick adjustments between rushes. Three epoxy-coated shelves hold pans or boxes and can be repositioned to fit evolving menus. A right-hinged, full-height solid door is field reversible to match your line layout.
Built for daily durability, it features a stainless steel front with anodized aluminum sides and interior. Four casters allow quick moves for cleaning or reconfiguration. Powered by a 1/4 HP system using R448A refrigerant, it connects via 115v/60/1-ph with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
