Boost workflow with a two-drawer configuration that organizes mise en place for garde manger, pastry, or the fry station. An electronic control with an easy-to-read LED display enables quick adjustments and fast temperature checks during service.
Built for daily commercial use, the stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior simplify cleaning and resist wear. Four casters support flexible placement and easy pull-out for sanitation, while R448A refrigerant and a 1/2 HP system deliver reliable freezing on standard 115V power with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
