At 27 inches wide with 6.5 cu. ft. of storage, it fits neatly beneath prep stations while holding proteins, sauces, and desserts within easy reach. The self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration preserves cold temps without occupying valuable workspace.
Operators can fine-tune settings via the electronic control with LED display, making checks simple during rush periods. A right-hinged, field-reversible solid door lets you choose the swing that best supports your workflow. Two epoxy-coated shelves organize pans and boxes for faster pulls and cleaner storage.
Built for daily commercial use, it features a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior for durability and quick cleanup. Four casters allow easy repositioning and access for sanitation. Plug into a standard 115V outlet to power the 1/2 HP system using R448A refrigerant.
